If you purchased an essay and did not receive it, it is delivered both in your account (http://www.myessays.com/myaccount.php), under "Essays Bought" (http://www.myessays.com/myaccount.php?op=bought), as well as being delivered via email. If you did not receive it either your account, or in your email, then please create a trouble ticket ASAP so we can figure out why it wasn't delivered.
